Reservations Assistance


Making reservations with us is very easy and hassle-free and we have included here general information, reservation policies and helpful reservation links to assist with your reservation needs. If you cannot find answers to your questions below, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.


Payment and deposit information:
  • Credit cards accepted: MasterCard and Visa
  • Your credit card will be charged for the total amount quoted at the time of booking.
  • All transactions are made with Banco Mercantil del Norte S.A., ( Banorte as it is commercially and internationally known ). Purchases are made within the bank's secure systems and all information, both personal and financial are accessed solely by the bank.
  • The information regarding the mode of payment as well as personal data will remain safe and confidential. The connection that we use is via SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ) and certified by VeriSign, an authority in certification of encrypted Internet transaction services.
  • SSL encrypts your credit card and payment information before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone. VeriSign is an internationally known and recognized leading authority in certification of SSL encryption.

General Reservation Information:
  • You may check the status of your reservation in our Reservations System immediately upon receipt of your reservation by us. You will need your Folio ID which is included in your confrimation e-mail.
  • Two working days following confirmation of payment you may call your hotel and verify that your reservation is under your name.
  • You may request modification or cancellation of a reservation at any time according to the Reservation Policies noted below.
  • Reservation Guarantee: We have signed a contract with each one of the Hotels and Services which we offer. These contracts include an allotment of rooms or services, which guarantees availability for all of our customers.
  • You will be receiving a Reservation Coupon for each one of the purchased Hotel Accommodations and/or Services. These coupons are to be presented by you to the Hotel or Service provider when you check in to your hotel or arrive for your tour or service. Your Reservation Coupon is proof of your prepayment for your room and/or service; please be sure to bring these with you when you visit us in Cancun.

Special Requests:
  • Special requests generally refer to view, type of bedding, handicapped accessible accommodations or additional room amenities. When sending your reservation, please note your special requests in the "Special Requests" section of the reservation form.
  • ALL special requests recieved by us with your reservation are subject to availability upon arrival. We will communicate your requests to your selected hotel and ask for confirmation with your reservation, however, we CANNOT guarantee special requests unless the hotel provides us with confirmation of your request. We will notify you by e-mail of Special Request confirmations.

Reservation Status, Modifications, Cancellations:

Reservation Policies:
  • Credit card is charged for the total cost listed above at the time of booking.
  • No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • All cancellation requests must be processed by the reservation holder through our system for proper user validation and acceptance of applicable cancellation policy.
  • All cancellations are subject to 8% charge of the total amount as an administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be given for early check outs.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the check in date are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check in are subject to hotel policy and could be considered as No Show. No refunds will be given in this case.
  • For cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM local Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check into your hotel.
  • Please note that during peak periods and holiday seasons including but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or Easter Break, stricter penalties may be in effect for cancellations received within seven (7) days or less of scheduled arrival date (local time).
  • During peak periods and holiday seasons including but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or Easter Break, some hotels may have a minimum night requirement and reservation requests received for fewer than the minimum number of nights cannot be confirmed.
